About Us

The origin of our business, Syno Pumps, can be traced back to its parent company Syno Pumps & Allied Rubber Industries which was founded in 1968 as a manufacturer of quality rubber products for automobile industries. By the time single screw pump technology was introduced in India in 1970, Syno had already started manufacturing rubber stators for many foreign brands. By its commitment to quality, our company soon grew into prominence and due to dynamic market response it also scaled up its production. But still industries in India had to import Progressive Cavity Pumps & were facing challenge of monopoly conditions prevailing in country. To provide a solution to it, Syno Pumps was founded in 1975 and become the major manufacturer of PC pumps (Progressive Cavity Pumps) in the country. In 1993 Spares India was created as a sister-in-concern of Syno Pumps for manufacturing precision Spare Parts, PC pumps for irrigation and domestic needs.

At present, Syno Pumps is engaged in the industry as a manufacturer and exporter of an extensive range of pumps including Screw Pumps, Progressive Cavity Pumps, Industrial Pumps, Chemical Pumps and Sludge Pumps, Open Throat Pumps, Vertical Pumps, Small Multipurpose Pumps, Bore Hole Pumps, Hollow Shafts, etc.

Our Future Plan

Our medium term plan includes addition of Twin Screw & Gear Pumps in our product line and focus on development of Mid-Eastern countries. In addition, we are also looking for expanding our polymer plant and enter into manufacturing of rubber parts for various industries & clients.

At our factory premise, we have a sophisticated Quality Control Unit which takes extensive quality tests during the production process. In addition, we operate all our activities and maintain a management system based on a total quality control approach. Quality objectives are communicated throughout the organization and they are reviewed regularly so that we never miss an opportunity for continual improvement.

Our Infrastructure

With decades of industry experience, Syno Pumps has established a robust infrastructure for itself. This machine shop is equipped with facilities for precision manufacturing Computerized Numerically Controlled (CNC) & Special Purpose Machine (SPM) and testing of products. The machine shop houses modern machines for rotor machining, milling centers, center lathes, radial drilling machines, vertical boring machines, horizontal boring machines, shapers, long thread milling machines, etc. We have our in-house polymer plant for manufacturing of stators and have machines like open roll mixing mill, hydraulic presses, extruders that assists us carrying out our business operations with ease and comfort.

At our factory premise, we also have a sophisticated pattern shop and tool room to manufacture the complex steel cores for the stators, jigs and fixtures for better productivity levels and pattern shop for making of wooden or aluminum patterns required for casting purpose.
